1- who are the actors who will be involved in my coaching? By « Actors », we mean all the stakeholders who do or influence the coaching work, including the direct members of the organization.
2 – what is the structure that will operate my coaching? By « Structure », we mean the organisation of the coaching work, communication, authority and decision making.
3 – what are the tasks that will be implemented? The system of « Tasks » refers to the objectives and the way in which the support work is carried out.
4 – what are the « Tools », i.e. the technologies and more generally the production processes that will be mobilized during my coaching?
If as a start-up you are serious, these questions will allow you to break down many masks because coaching is not improvisation 😊
